Warranty
& Returns |
|
Warranty:
We
guarantee anything you purchase from rperezgoldsmith to
be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you
are not satisfied with any product
you purchase from rperezgoldsmith, return it unaltered
within 30 days and we
will exchange it, replace it or refund you your money.
Returns: Items returned within
five (5) days of receipt will be refunded the invoice total INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES (limited to our standard shipping
fee of $5.00) plus credit for the
mailing it back ($5.00 Max.). Returns after five (5) days of receipt will be
refunded the actual price of the item returned. The only exclusions
to this policy are
items not altered in any way (engraved, rings sized at your request, custom orders or
any other alteration). We only ask that you let us know
it is coming back. We'll never know if it's lost if we
don't know its coming.

"TO ENSURE
YOU GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR" a rendering of your request
will be sent to you for approval before any production
work is done. In the event you are not satisfied with
the final product, we
work with you to correct the problem to our mutual
satisfaction. |

Shipping Information |
With
very few exceptions (special orders, orders received on Friday or Saturday, etc.) orders are
shipped within 24 - 48 hrs. We ship by USPS Priority
Mail- Insured for $5.00, anywhere in the Continental
USA, Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico. For shipments outside the Continental USA, APO, FPO,
are shipped by Insured US Mail,
UPS and or FedEx at customers request and
are priced accordingly.
